This concert takes place at V11.

On Tuesday, July 2nd, BIRD, North Sea Round Town, and V11 join forces for a special, intimate performance aboard V11. An enchanting musical journey with ESINAM & Sibusile Xaba, two artists who resonate with each other's worlds on a deep spiritual and artistic level.

The Belgian-Ghanian multi-instrumentalist ESINAM and the South African guitarist and singer Sibusile Xaba found common ground in their love for trance-inducing grooves, spiritual vocals, and groundbreaking rhythms. Their collaboration is a meeting of two kindred spirits – nomadic musicians who tell stories through sound, bridging past and future through their music.

What began with a guest appearance on ESINAM's debut album Shapes in Twilights of Infinity, evolved into an intensive artistic exchange with studio recordings, international residencies, and performances at festivals in Slovenia, Germany, the Netherlands, Mozambique, and Morocco. In 2024, they released their first single Africa Wola together, followed by a remix by South African DJ/producer DaCapo.

On July 2nd, they bring their project Healing Voices live to Rotterdam – a unique show full of meditative sounds, hypnotizing rhythms, and deep human connection.

De 20e editie van North Sea Round Town is er in 2025 van  26 juni t/m 13 juli.
